Our Muay Thai kickboxing class is perfect for beginners and advanced students looking for the best workout in Tucson. Muay Thai is known as the art of 8 limbs using punches, elbow strikes, knee strikes and kicks as weapons. Also used in Muay Thai is clinch fighting, with some sweeps (take downs). This workout provides stress relief, strength, cardio-vascular fitness, self-defense and it is extremely fun. We teach a combination of authentic Muay Thai, Dutch Style Muay Thai, and Muay Thai for MMA with basic and advanced techniques. This class will provide students with the tools they need for the ring or self defense, including complete body conditioning, even though you may never compete or need to use these techniques.
